EXCLUSIVE HONOUR IN BRILLIANT FIRST UP WIN.
EXCLUSIVE HONOUR gets up in the last stride to win well courtesey of a top class ride from "The Fish"
At Belmont yesterday, we stepped out a young horse which appears to have above average ability and I am looking forward to the future with him. EXCLUSIVE HONOUR, was starting first up after a good spell which followed his impressive debut performance where he ran second in a similar race back in May.
The horse which was purchased cheaply at last years Yarradale Stud annual yearling sale, has developed into an exciting looking type and his win yesterday suggests that there may very well be more wins in store for him. EXCLUSIVE HONOUR is a son of Medal Of Honour by Danehill and there is a lot of Danehill about this horse. He shapes at track work as a real short course type however his racing manner indicates that he will be better suited when he gets up over 1400m and maybe further.
At this stage we will place the horse through his classes however I have no doubt he can step up to better company at some stage this campaign.
