ONLY ONE FOR BELMONT TODAY

FAIREST AND BEST will be our only runner at Belmont today after it was decided to save OUTSIDE INFLUENCE for Saturdays 1000m two year old race at Belmont. The filly had drawn a wide barrier today and after drawing barrier one on Saturday it was not hard to make the late change.

FAIREST AND BEST will be racing first up today and I expect to see the horse get back to somewhere near his best form. The horse appeared to lose all form and confidence when racing at Ascot over the summer and hopefully a return to Belmont today will see him return to the form he showed there last season. If he does he should be in for a good campaign and justify our early opinion of the horse.
