ANOTHER FAIRLY QUIET SATURDAY.

I am hoping that it is the lull before the storm. Well maybe not a storm but there should be a lot more promising runners from the stable ova the next few months and I am confident that some of them are capable of city success.

Today we head out with only the one runner in the first race, a nice filly called SHE'LL BE RIGHT. As the name suggests, the filly is by Right Wing who's stock appear as though they will be better suited over a bit of ground. This filly showed pace in her only trial and I feel she is capable of winning over a short trip. I'm not saying that it will be today but it is hard to pull out of a $50,000 maiden run across the road when we have drawn barrier two. The other option was to wait and travel to Bunbury next week for a similar race worth $9,500 and we may draw the outside barrier. All in all I am very happy with my filly and I am confident that she will improve heaps on what ever she does today.

This is our only runner on a fairly dull day but with the benefit of some experience, I am confident that it won't be long before SHE'LL BE RIGHT!
