EAGLES AND DOCKERS TAKE NEXT STEP

What a great weekend. Friday night the Dockers proved to good for Melbourne then on Saturday night the Eagles flogged the Bulldogs. So far so good and here's hoping that they can both take the next step.

In between the two teams winning, my only Saturday runner STRIKEN ran a mighty race to come from well back on the corner to run an excellent third and in the process mark himself down as a horse to follow. He is a very promising young galloper with "Derby" written all over him.

I really am very excited about the group of three year olds in my care this season.
