BLESCAY ALL THE WAY
Lightly raced two year old filly BLESCAY finally started to reproduce in a race what she has promised to do for so long. The filly has always been a brilliant trackworker however her race performances have left a lot to be desired. In her defence the filly may have been a bit imature in her first preparation and has improved with the benefit of her first up run.Her work of late has been top class and it was very frustrating to see her still a first emergency today after final acceptances. Luck was on her side and she gained a start with one scratching late this morning.
Jason Whiting was not given any specific instructions before the race as the track was wet and we were still not sure of the best way to ride the filly. It didn't take the "FISH" long to sum up the race nor what part of the track he wanted to be on when he sent the filly straight to the front and never left the fence throughought. The filly has pulled up well and hopefully she can train on from here.
The filly is the second two year old winner by REAL JESTER that I have had this year and I have nothing but praise for the now LINDSAY PARK based stallion.
