SECOND AGAIN AND AGAIN.

The frustrating run over the past month or so continued on the weekend when promising galloper FOUND AND KEPT ran on strongly to run second at Ascot on Saturday.

There is no doubt that we have been a bit blow par in numbers of winners produced of late however I am confident that we have the quality in the team to turn that around very soon. We have turned over a lot of horses over the past few months with some not being mature enough to handle the workload, others having minor problems such as sore heels and shin soreness, whilst others have simply been not good enough.

We continue to turn over a number of young horses with the intention of finding horses which are capable of winning city races thereby giving owners a good return as well as a lot of fun and satisfaction.

We have only produced a couple of two year olds this season so far and I am sure that there will be some smart performers as we get into the back half of the season.
